These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Blindsmiths. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Account access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account. Provide accurate information and keep operator access limited to authorized staff.
Use of the service
Use Blindsmiths for lawful business purposes only. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its integrations.
Data ownership
Your job data is stored in Google Sheets you control. You retain ownership of your content. We access your sheets using our service account and scoped access to deliver the features you enable.
Quotes and production outputs
Pricing, quotes, and nesting outputs depend on the data you provide. You are responsible for confirming final measurements, pricing rules, and outputs before sending to customers or production.
Third-party services
Blindsmiths integrates with Google Sheets and may use third-party AI providers for voice and vision processing. Your use of those services is subject to their applicable terms.
Availability
We aim for reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or outages may occur. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blindsmiths is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia have exclusive jurisdiction.
